The fine print.

1. Acceptance

By using DRIVO ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of DRIVO's website, mobile applications, and services.

2. The Platform

DRIVO is a marketplace that connects customers with independent car rental agencies ("Agencies"). DRIVO itself does not own or operate any vehicles. The rental contract is between the customer and the Agency.

3. Bookings

When you make a booking, you enter a rental agreement with the Agency. DRIVO facilitates payment and booking management but is not a party to the rental agreement. The Agency's own terms and conditions also apply.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. DRIVO collects a platform fee (15% by default) on each booking. Agencies receive the remainder via Stripe Connect payouts within 7 business days of rental completion.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at the Agency's discretion. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Agency obligations

Agencies must provide accurate vehicle listings, maintain appropriate insurance, and honour confirmed bookings. DRIVO reserves the right to suspend or remove Agencies that fail to meet our standards.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, or attempt to circumvent fees. DRIVO may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

DRIVO's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for accidents, vehicle damage, or losses arising from the rental itself. These are between the customer and the Agency.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
