We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone), booking a vehicle (dates, vehicle preferences), or communicating with us. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and search queries to improve our service.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to process bookings, send confirmations, and communicate with rental agencies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and we never store card details.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (if consented) to understand how you use DRIVO. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time via your browser settings.

4. Data sharing

Your name and contact details are shared with the rental agency when you make a booking. We may also share data with payment processors (Stripe), email providers (Resend), and analytics services.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Booking records are kept for 7 years for legal and financial compliance. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@drivorent.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure European cloud providers.
