On a DRIVO paid plan, connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account. Renters pay you directly and in full when they book, and DRIVO’s commission is charged to your card afterwards.

What does it cost to join?+
Listing your whole fleet is free. Without a plan there is no monthly fee and DRIVO takes 15% of each completed, paid booking. For a lower commission, add a card to start a free 14-day trial of Starter; after that Starter is €49/month plus 10% per booking. Cancel any time — cancel during the trial and you are never charged. No signup fee and no per-vehicle fee.
When and how do I get paid?+
Connect a Stripe Express account from your dashboard in a couple of minutes. The customer pays upfront at booking; after each completed rental your payout — the booking minus DRIVO's commission — is transferred to your bank automatically, typically within 2–7 business days.
Do I keep control of my pricing?+
Completely. You set the daily rate for every vehicle and can change it anytime from the fleet page. DRIVO never discounts your cars without your say-so.
How long does verification take?+
We review new agency applications within 24 hours on business days. You’ll get an email the moment your account is approved and you can go live.
What if a customer cancels?+
You choose each car’s policy: flexible (free until 24 h before pick-up), moderate (48 h), strict (7 days, then half the rental is kept) or non-refundable. DRIVO refunds the customer automatically under that policy.
Can I still take my own walk-in bookings?+
Yes. DRIVO is an extra channel, not a cage. Block dates for offline rentals anytime and the calendar keeps everything in sync so you never double-book a car.
