Is there a monthly subscription fee for agencies?+
Only if you want one. Listing is free, and without a plan there is no monthly fee: DRIVO takes 15% of each completed, paid booking. Starter is €49/month plus 10% — it starts with a free 14-day trial when you add a card, and you can cancel any time; cancel during the trial and you are never charged. No setup fees or hidden charges.
When do agencies receive their money?+
Renters pay by card through Stripe. Your share goes to your Stripe account when the renter pays, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on your payout schedule. You connect your bank once, in a few minutes.
What does the 10% commission cover?+
Platform hosting, payment processing (Stripe fees), customer support, fraud protection, and the cost of bringing customers to your listing.
Is there a booking fee for renters?+
Yes: a 8% service fee on the rental, shown as its own line before you pay. It keeps payments secure and support available. It is refunded in full if you cancel within the car’s free-cancellation window, or if the agency cancels.
Can the commission rate change?+
The commission for agencies joining today is 10% per booking on Starter and 15% without a plan. Any rate changes would be communicated to partner agencies at least 30 days in advance.
Do I need a card to start the trial?+
Yes — the 14-day Starter trial starts when you add a card, so your account simply continues afterwards. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. You don't need a card to list your fleet: without a plan, your cars are bookable at 15% per booking.
